Abstract:

The aim of this research project was to model the creep behavior of high-temperature CrMoV steels in the entire creep range, including the damage phase (tertiary creep). The mathematical description of the creep behavior including the damage is necessary for the calculation of deformations, stresses and damage in components under long-term loading. This allows conclusions to be drawn about the expected remaining service life. The set goal was achieved by representing the interaction between deformation and pore damage. Based on these considerations, a model was created in which an anisotropic pore damage parameter (tensor) is used. The model developed was tested for the material X 20 CrMoV 12 1 at 550
