Geklebte und schrumpfgeklebte Welle-Nabe Verbindungen unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Anwendun
FKM 1994
Booklet No. 190
Project No. 142
Abstract:
This report comprises investigations on shrink-fit shaft-gear connections with the aim of developing a mathematical design. Torsional shear tests, running tests in test gears and theoretical investigations with the aid of FEM are carried out. Torsional shear strengths based on the slippage of the bonded parts do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about the fatigue strength of the adhesive layers produced. However, it is possible to design a shrink bond on the basis of a fatigue limit strain of the adhesive layer (maximum principal normal strain withstood in fatigue). The principles and procedure for the mathematical design are described in detail in the report. The calculation of the fatigue load moment is summarized in the appendix in the form of a formula sheet. Scope of report:
127 pp., 87 illustrations, 8 plates, 39 ut., 51 pp. Appendix Start of work:
