Description
Verbesserung der Lebensdauerabschätzung durch systematische Aufarbeitung und Auswertung vorliegender
FKM 1994
Issue number 189
Project no. 152
Abstract:
The project created a reliable data collection of test results on fatigue strength, in which - starting from the individual test - all steps of evaluation and processing are documented in a comprehensible manner. A standardized statistical re-evaluation of all test series was carried out and the most suitable statistical methods were applied. A program facilitates the selection of data. The description of the loading/loading collectives is carried out with Rainflow matrices and, as far as feasible, with transition matrices. They were obtained by storing original matrices, classifying original load sequences or regenerating them with simultaneous classification. The newly evaluated test series were used to evaluate the service life prediction methods of the nominal stress concept (Miner Elementary, Miner Modified, Miner Consistent and Miner-Liu/Zenner), whereby the influence of the type of collective formation, the process mean stress, the material groups, the type of load and the accuracy of the Wöhler curve on the reliability of the service life prediction is investigated. The service life prediction according to the local concept is also carried out. The statistical evaluation of the damage sums made it possible to draw conclusions and recommendations for the service life prediction. Scope of report:
167 pp., 36 illustrations, 10 plates, 105 ut., 21 appendices Start of work:
24.06.1991 End of work:
