The General Conditions SI 24 (an update of the Orgalim Conditions SI 14) are intended for deliveries where the obligations of the supplier (contractor) include the assembly of the equipment supplied by him on site, usually at the buyer's premises.SI 24 only deviates from S 2022 where it is necessary to regulate the contractual aspects of assembly and acceptance. This facilitates the application and interpretation of the conditions.

There is a special annex which should be used in contracts where German law applies. This annex is available in German and English. Therefore, the paper versions offered here are only available in these two languages.

The use of SW 14 - Supplementary Conditions for Computer Software - is no longer required.

The content of SW 14 has been incorporated into the text of S 2022 and SI 24 so that these new conditions also cover the legal aspects of any software that forms part of the supplied product. If businesses choose to continue to use S 2012 or SI 14, they may still have an interest in using SW 14.
