Guideline and sample
This guideline starts with a simple basic situation in order to show the basic structures and problems: The manufacturer sells a machine to the customer. This machine is paid for by the customer and becomes his property. In addition to the manufacturer's general maintenance services, the customer wants to ensure that the machine is always ready for operation and assigns this task to the manufacturer. The manufacturer shall ensure this comprehensive operational readiness with its own personnel and perform technical operating services for the customer.
