One recipe - many cakes.
All the recipes in this baking book are based on a basic batter containing a 150 ml cup of yoghurt and are therefore called yoghurt cake. The ingredients are quickly mixed together and the cake is ready to bake.
This is the simplest version. However, it can also be used to create countless other cakes and tarts. This batter is also suitable for muffins, cupcakes, popcakes and even waffles. There are no limits to your creativity.
For some cakes, you don't need the full amount of batter. You can use the remaining batter to bake another cake or a base that can be frozen for later use.
