The aim of the PROSERV joint project is to provide a generally applicable, flexible and integrated architectural approach to support the service, in which all required data and information is integrated and made easily accessible without redundancy. An integration platform for business data, which in PROSERV is designed as a data warehouse, the SDW, is connected via a standardized interface with the integration platform for the operating data available on the system side, the ZSP. Together, they form the PROSERV core, which can be accessed via so-called thin clients. This means that no PROSERV functionalities need to be installed on the user's side, only viewing systems such as browsers.
